Metaphysics in the mind
There are indeed a lot of religious tropes in much of contemporary atheism -- such as the blind trust in 'logic' to furnish one with a world view, even though logic is a method for thinking clearly, no more. There is also the religiously based blind supposition that women are against science, or that we are inherently different from males in our manner of thinking.
