Narcs have a very lazy world view, especially when it comes to practicalities. They really don't see things as they are at all, because they just go on the basis of what the crowd thinks, or what is in the air at the time. If the crowd thinks something about me, that doesn't make it true. But a narc simply can't see this at all.
