Well, ma'am: analysis and therapy

For many years, I've looked into psychoanalysis -- and found one or two useful ideas.  I've also looked into therapy and endured it once or twice only to find, after further reading, that Mary Daly was right -- that this is just a means to conformity, by killing the spirit.

In neither case have I encountered any thinker, observer or writer, who was equipped to tell me the truth:

"Well, Ma'am, it seems you are more suited to Africa.  Western mores just ain't your thing!
