A certain brashness and self-justifying tendency to dominate has become mis-associated with the term, "elite". To my mind, as I have stated before, a real elite is one that is capable of dealing with its dirt in the most inoffensive way possible. To my mind we can really distinguish between different grades of power by how they dispose of their dirt. There are those who get very offensive and try to excrete it onto you. I doh’t call those people elite. You need to be able to deal with things discretely and diplomatically. A lot of the disposal of dirt must be hidden from view. You can’t go around excreting on people, because only those with very damaged and debased mindsets will mistake this as a sign of your innate superiority.
