The tactic of emotional jamming leads to the target's loss of self

To be the target of politicised emotional jamming is bad for one's health, it's bad for one's intellectual development and it's an obstruction to learning how to effectively communicate. Jamming is nevertheless an effective political tactic, which discredits those it targets, who subsequently lose the ability to articulate their problem, perhaps for good.
