Eat right

If you find the diet that works for you, you will reduce a lot of health problems. For me, it's protein rich. I eat fish, chicken, turkey, and I also enjoy some bacon on a regular basis, for the fat content. I've cut back on potatoes and tomatoes, as nightshades don't agree with me, unless in small amounts. I eat minute steaks every so often, and enjoy them with antipasto, especially capsicum. At night, I grab a handful of walnuts to help me sleep. During the day, I replenish my mineral reserves with cacao, which is rich in magnesium.
