Differences wrought by history

I am gradually adapting to understand more of how the Western psyche is structured.I spent literally years trying to figure out psychoanalysis, which seems to presuppose a very modern character structure.  But I still see these things largely from the outside.  Here is the comparison chart I made, depicting the psyche, from the most basic primal level to its heights, and how there are differences wrought by history:
