And (whether or not you believe the line), THIS, my fellow-me-ladies is precisely where intellectual shamanism comes in: challenging the assumption that a psychological sense of stability and order has a primary, intrinsic worth (without further justifying criteria).
There ARE things more worthy of human endeavor, one or two.
