Old style and new style character structures

Note:  These are just different (differently historically engendered) character structures.  The first one being early industrial and militaristic and the second pertaining to the circumstances of late Capitalism.

ONE IS NOT BETTER THAN THE OTHER

From experience I can say that the having the Rhodesian character structure does lead to deep psychological trauma as it does not seem to have an adequate ego force buffer in it.  Too many young men were sent to war and this had a terrible impact on their families.
