Narcissists Criticize And Critique Targets Nonstop

I just became hyper-diligent about doing the right thing. The constant changing of the goal posts in the same contexts was odd. In fact a modern, contemporary society does demand much greater sensitivity to others' identities than does a traditional society (which I'd come from). But it also can embrace a lot of metaphysics. In the 90s, the metaphysics of social darwinism was thick in the air, and the basic message of it was that you had to be very, very tough and actually rather indifferent to others' feelings to "survive". As a result of this, my question was to do with making the right judgment that would enable me to "survive" but would not offend others sense of identity in a way that made it impossible to "survive".
