repressed truths, unactualised justice

My most profound shamanistic discovery is that the world is not constructed along moral lines at all, but along lines that facilitate survival (meaning a lot of truth is repressed and a lot of capacity for justice is not actualised). To confront this painful truth is what shamanism is really about, in the Nietzschean sense.  Can one survive this knowledge?
“How much truth can a spirit bear, how much truth can a spirit dare? ... that became for me more and more the real measure of value.” --Nietzsche
