It is good to have money coming in. Much better than to not to. Because not to have money coming in means that the icy cold fingers (and minds!) of those who have harmed you can still reach you through the past and into the present reality that you are facing right now.
A curse on those who do harm.

I read somewhere that you are riding a boom in your part of the world. We, on the other hand, are going down the tubes. Not us personally, thank god.
It is really true that the amount of respect we got from some friends and relatives increased greatly when we started having money. But the people who really loved us didn't care about our finances.
I see. We also are not tied to the local economy, thank god.
