What sort of pleasure would there be in making such people feel pain? They wouldn't even understand what it was supposed to mean, under any circumstances. My pleasure is to watch them create situations where they boil in their own juices. For instance, let them sink to the depths of their own notions about how life works, in evolutionary psychology terms. That is much funnier to watch than anything I could concoct for them myself.
