illogic

My point is that tendentially, in Christian culture, there is an equivocation in the way the word "emotional" is used. All aspects of human interaction have an emotional component, but only in the case of those we really don't like do we apply the term to mean "excessive emotionality". And when we apply the term in the second way, often enough we are just addressing a situation of the first level of meaning.
