The traditional system of wage slavery, where you need, as a wageslave, to gain the approval and blessing of every employer you pass through, no matter what their psychological problems may be, or you end up with bad papers, signifying your bad wageslave pedigree, has to go. Psychological subservience only plays into sado-masochistic dynamics and perpetuates a sick system, but the traditional model of wage-slavery demands that you present your papers to indicate your track record in subservience.
